Thank you for visiting our shop, designs by jackaroo. We like to think we put the fun in functional because we make beautiful, but practical, items for you to use and enjoy with your kiddos.

We are a new shop, so if you like what you see, please tell your family and friends to check us out too. We look forward to doing business with you!

Designs by jackaroo is happy to accept payment via personal check, money order, or PayPal. If we have not received electronic payment within 3 days of your purchase and we have not heard from you, we will release your item back into inventory.

If you are paying via check or money order and we have not received word that your payment is in the mail within 3 days of your purchase, we will release your item back into inventory.

Keep in mind that your order will be processed once the check clears or the money order arrives.


We ship our canopies via UPS because they offer the best delivery rate and time for oversize packages. Shipping is so expensive because of the oversize box. Our shipping cost is based on a sample package we took to UPS to get an estimate on shipping. ***If shipping turns out to be less than our estimate, we will gladly refund your excess money. We are not trying to make a profit off of shipping.***

We typically ship everything else via USPS.

Tuesday is typically our shipping day. Friday is typically our delivery day for local customers.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your item was made with great care. We take pride in the quality of our work and we want you to be able to do the same. If you are not happy with your item when you receive it, please convo us immediately.

Custom items may not be returned. Non-custom items may be returned for a refund if we are contacted within 7 days of receiving your item. You are responsible for returning the item in its original condition and for paying the cost of the return shipping. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue your refund. Your refund will not include initial shipping or transaction fees.

Although we never expect it to occur, if there is damage to your item when it arrives, we will make special arrangements for its return, repair, and/or exchange. You must send photos of the damage when you convo us regarding the issue.

Additional Policies and FAQ's

We realize that all monitors display color a little differently. If you are concerned or have a question regarding the "exact" or "true" shade of a color, please convo us. We try to be as detailed as possible in our descriptions, but we realize you may need additional information.

Our play canopies are not meant for rough play. They will not support a child's weight and your child should never attempt to hang or swing from them at any time. Please supervise your child's play in and around the canopy at all times.

Our goal is to have a variety of canopies listed at any given time, so that you can find a style that your little boy or girl will love to call their own. If you cannot find what you are looking for, but you want one of our designs, please e-mail us at to request a custom canopy. We love to visit our local craft and fabric stores and we would be happy to look for the perfect fabric and accessories for you and your kiddo.

All items are made in a smoke free home.
